Paul MacIntosh is a songwriter based in
Fredericton, New Brunswick, originally from
Miramichi. Blending piano-driven melodies with
acoustic roots and indie-folk-rock textures, his
music moves between quiet reflection and driving,
heartfelt energy. Whether stripped down or richly
layered, his songs are grounded in lived
experience — shaped by memory, love, loss, and a
deep belief in honest storytelling.
Performing under Paul MacIntosh and The Lost
Keys, he has been steadily releasing music over
the past few years, including the recent single Sail
— a homemade and deeply personal tribute that
resonates with listeners. His songs have received
wide radio play across the Maritimes and beyond,
with two tracks earning spots in the East Coast
Top 50 Hall of Fame. Paul is currently at work on
his debut full-length album.
